Rdk Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our setup for Rdk Farmers Producer Company Limited is at Gat No 314 in Niphad. We use the place belonging to Sau Madhuri Sanjay Kshirsagar. Niphad is a place where the work never really stops, and we are right in the middle of it all. Most days start very early, before the sun is even fully up, because that’s the best time to get things done before it gets too hot. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a room with some tables and a lot of ledger books. We talk a lot about the prices in the market and how the crops are doing this year. Everyone in the group has their own piece of land, but we come here to Gat No 314 to figure out the big stuff together. Sometimes we have long meetings that don't really go anywhere, but we eventually figure it out. It’s more like a family than a company, to be honest. We’ve known each other for years, so we don't need to be formal or use big words. We just try to make sure that everyone's hard work doesn't go to waste. There’s always someone dropping off a crate or picking up some supplies. It’s busy, it’s noisy, and it’s just the way we like it. We aren't doing this to get famous, just to keep our heads above water and the business moving.
