We're over in Lakhamapur, which is part of Satana in Nashik. The office is actually at Kashinath Ratan Hande’s place. It’s not some big glass building, just a spot where we handle our farming business. Most of us around here have been working the soil for a long time. It felt right to get together under the name Rch Agro Producer Company Limited so we could handle things better as a group. Farming in this part of Maharashtra has its ups and downs with the weather, but we keep at it. We deal with the crops that grow well in our local dirt. There are a lot of details to keep track of when you're trying to move produce or get supplies, so having this company helps us stay organized. It's just local people working together. You won't find anything fancy here. We spend most of our days out in the fields or checking on the harvest. Nashik is known for its agriculture, and we’re just a small part of that bigger picture.
