Raja Housing Group

Raja Housing Group is located at 1 Shree Society, which is just behind the Kalantri Karyalaya in Nasik. Being in Maharashtra, specifically this part of Nasik, keeps us pretty busy. The office is not anything special, just a place where we sit down and look at papers and maps all day long. We have been in this building for some time now. You can find us easily if you know where the Karyalaya is. There is usually a lot of noise from the street, but we have gotten used to it. We deal with houses and land, mostly just trying to get the paperwork right for people. It is a lot of back and forth with different offices. Sometimes things move slow, other times it is a rush. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for things to happen. The walls are covered in old calendars and some photos of projects we finished years ago. It feels like a second home to most of us who work here. We do not go in for big advertisements or loud signs. People just know where we are. Dealing with property in this city is a bit of a headache sometimes, but it is what we know how to do. We just keep at it, day in and day out, making sure the files are in order and everyone knows where they stand with their homes.
