We are based at 7 Nikita Pride, right near the Anand Nagar Sawarkar Nagar Post Office in Nasik. Our full name is Bristlecone Ltd Mahindra Group Supply Chain Consultancy. Since we are part of the Mahindra Group, we handle a lot of the supply chain work that usually happens behind the scenes. Logistics and organizing things can get pretty complicated, so we spend most of our days just figuring out how to make everything flow better for the clients. It isn't always a pretty process, but it is what we do. Our office is tucked away in the 422013 area, and most of us who work here actually live quite close by. We focus on consultancy, which basically means we sit down and look at how goods move from one spot to another without getting held up. To be honest, it is mostly a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls every day. We have been at this for a while now. The building itself is easy enough to find if you are familiar with this part of Nasik. We don't really do the fancy corporate talk or use big words; we just try to solve the practical problems that pop up in the supply chain. Sometimes that means staying late or dealing with a mountain of data, but that is just the nature of this kind of work. If you are around Sawarkar Nagar, you might have seen our sign.
