Radeykrushna Agri Process Producer Company Limited is based at 170/1 in Bijote, along the Aakhatwade Road in Baglan. Our location is right there where the local action is, which makes it easy for the farmers around Baglan to get to us. We started this company because we wanted to focus more on how we process and handle our crops after they come out of the ground. The building on Aakhatwade Road is where we do most of our planning. It’s a simple place, often a bit messy with paperwork and samples of whatever is being harvested at the time. We aren’t experts in big business, but we know everything there is to know about the land around Bijote. Everyone who works here or is a member of the company is a local. We talk plainly and we don’t have time for fancy corporate talk. Our focus is just on the daily grind of farming and processing. Some days we are busy with the machines and other days we are just sitting around talking about the market. It’s a slow and steady kind of life. Being in Baglan gives us a good community to work within. We just take things one day at a time and try to make sure our produce is handled as well as it can be. There is always work to be done in the shed.
