Out here at 7 Tapi Nagar in the Co Operative Housing Society, things are pretty relaxed. We are on Dasak Jail Road over in the Nasik Road area. It is a bit of a distance from the main Nasik city but we like the pace here. The society is an older one and has a lot of character. We have set up our operations in one of the units. It is a basic setup with everything we need to handle the daily workload. You can usually find a couple of us here from early morning. The area has a lot of small shops and the people around are very friendly. We often see the same neighbors every morning when we arrive. It is not a corporate building with glass windows, just a regular place where work happens. We keep the paperwork in some old metal cupboards and have a few sturdy tables for the equipment. The light in the afternoons is quite nice through the windows. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know what they are doing. Sometimes the water pressure in the building is a bit low but we have learned to deal with it. It is just an honest, simple place to work. We get our tasks done without any fuss and go home when the clock hits five. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
