We operate out of Shop Number 4 at V.S. Plaza, which is right in the Panchavati area at Peth Naka. Even though the name says Pragati Pvt Ltd, we are just a small group of people working out of a single shop. We deal with various commercial supplies that businesses around Peth Naka require. The plaza is a central point for many, so we see a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. Our space isn't very large, so we have to be organized with how we stack things on the shelves. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have a marketing department or a sales team. Usually, one of us is sitting at the desk handling the ledger while another helps a customer at the front. We like being in Panchavati because it’s a lively part of town. The morning tea stall nearby is where we usually start our day before opening the shutters. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words to describe what we do. We sell stuff, we help people find what they need, and we go home. The sentences we use are as simple as our business model. If you're near V.S. Plaza, just look for the fourth shop. We’ve been there long enough that we’re part of the neighborhood now. It’s just us, doing our best to keep things moving. We aren't looking to expand, just to keep doing what we've always done.
