Gilbert & Maxwell Transformers Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. C-11, Unit No. 35, in the Nice area of Satpur. It’s not the biggest unit in the complex, but it’s enough space for us to handle the transformer work we do. We’ve been in Satpur for quite some time now. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters going up and the smell of coffee from the stall nearby. Working with transformers means a lot of heavy lifting and careful assembly. We have a few benches set up and some testing equipment in the back. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of units in for repair, but we make it work. The staff here aren't really into fancy titles; we all just pitch in where it's needed. If a delivery comes in, everyone helps unload. Satpur is a good location for us because of the other businesses nearby. We often trade parts or advice with the neighbors. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy slogans. We just focus on the coils and the cores. People know us for being steady. It can be a bit noisy during the day with all the tools going, but that's just the sound of work. We try to keep things organized, even if it doesn't always look like it to a visitor. It’s just how things go when you’re dealing with electrical hardware day in and day out.
