I work as a Maint. Engineer and my base is at 5, Veer Savarkar Apt. in Gaikwad Mala. This is right on Datta Mandir Road in Nashik, Maharashtra. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always some kind of noise coming from the street outside. I don't have a massive warehouse or a big corporate office. Most of my work is done out of my van or at the actual sites where things need fixing. Maintenance is one of those jobs where you never really know what the day will bring. One morning I might be fixing a broken pump, and the next I could be looking at electrical issues in a residential building. I’ve been doing this for a long time, so I’ve seen just about every kind of problem you can imagine. My apartment serves as a place to keep my records and some of my smaller tools, but I’m rarely there during the day. People in the Nashik Road area usually call me because they know I’ll show up and give them a straight answer about what’s wrong. I don't use any marketing tricks or try to sell people things they don't need. If it can be fixed, I fix it, and if it’s junk, I tell them that too. It’s a hard way to earn a living sometimes, but it’s what I know how to do and it keeps me busy enough.
