Our place is out in Musalgaon, specifically at Plot No. B-109 in the STICE area of Sinnar. Being here in the Nashik district means we're right in the middle of the industrial zone. It’s mostly steel work and engineering parts we deal with day in and day out. The shed is large and gets pretty hot during the summer months, but that's just part of working with metal. We have a few machines that have been with us since the start. They’re old but they still run fine if you know how to handle them. People from around the taluka know where to find us. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down unless we have to. Most of the day is spent on the floor, making sure the steel is cut right or the parts are welded properly. It’s dusty and loud here most of the time. We aren’t really interested in being a big corporation. We just want to make sure the work leaving the gate is solid enough to do the job. If you come by, you’ll likely see the trucks loading up in the yard. It's a straightforward operation. We just do the work and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. No one here wears a suit, just work clothes and heavy boots.
