Personal Career Academy

You can find us on the first floor of Kamla Market in Sinnar. It’s a central spot in town, so there’s always people moving around the market below. Personal Career Academy is where we help people figure out their next steps for work or exams. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but everyone gets used to them. Inside, it’s just a few desks and some chairs for the students. We’re in Nashik, and the local crowd here is quite focused on getting ahead. We don't have any corporate slogans. We just sit down with whoever walks in and try to explain things clearly. The walls have some old calendars and a few posters about different career paths. It’s a quiet enough space once you get inside and away from the market noise. We handle everything ourselves, from answering the phone to cleaning the floors at the end of the day. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the market gets very loud during festival times, but we just keep the door shut and carry on. We’ve been in Kamla Market for a good bit now. Most of the other shop owners around here are our friends. It’s a very local feel, just simple and direct. We just focus on the people who come to us for advice and hope it helps them out.
