Panchkrishna Farmers Producer Company Limited

If you look for us, we are located at 1142 Kherwadi in the Niphad area, near Narayangaon. Being in the Nashik district means we are right in the thick of things when it involves farming. This producer company was set up by a few of us who grew up around here. We know these roads and the local markets quite well. Most days, the office is just a place to store some tools and handle the legal stuff. The real work happens outside. We deal with whatever the season brings, whether it’s onions or grapes or whatever else the neighbors are growing. It can get pretty hectic when the harvest starts. Everyone is trying to get their produce moved at the same time. We try to coordinate things so it isn't such a mess. It’s hard work and the sun is no joke in the afternoons. We aren't polished business people with suits. We are usually wearing dusty boots and worrying about the rain or the market prices. Sometimes we have meetings under a tree because it’s cooler than being inside the building. We just want to make sure the farmers in Kherwadi have a way to sell what they grow. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for trucks. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’re still learning how to run a company properly, but we’re making it work.
