Optimal Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd is based out in Sonaj, which is part of the Talmalegaon area in the Nashik district. Being located in a village area means the surroundings are quite different from the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. It is a lot quieter here, and the air feels a bit fresher, though the internet connection can be a bit temperamental when the weather turns bad. Our office is a simple building with a tin roof that makes a lot of noise whenever it rains. Inside, we have our basic computer setups and a few filing cabinets that are overflowing with documents. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front; it's just a place where we come to do our consultancy work every morning. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages, so we all know each other's families and what's happening in the local community. We usually bring our own tiffins for lunch and sit together to eat. Life moves a bit slower in this part of Maharashtra, and we don't feel the need to rush everything. There are times when the power goes out, and we just have to sit and wait or talk until it comes back on. It’s a practical way of living and working, far away from the hustle of the main town. We just do what we can with what we have.
