Nisargraja Global India Banana Producer Company Limited is located at the home of Shri Shashank Mukesh Patil in Tandalwadi. This is in the Raver Taluka. It’s a small village area, and that’s where all the banana action happens anyway. We don’t have a city office because we need to be where the fruit is grown. Working from Tandalwadi means we are right in the middle of the fields. The setup is very basic; it’s just a room in the house where we handle the company business. Raver is famous for bananas, so it makes sense for us to be here. We don't have any fancy furniture or a reception area. It’s just us, some notebooks, and maybe a computer. We spend most of our time talking to the growers and making sure the bananas are being handled right. It’s a lot of hard work and the days can be long, especially when it’s harvest time. The weather is usually hot, and the roads can be dusty, but we don't mind. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office building. We just want to get the bananas from the farms to the market. Being at the Post of Tandalwadi keeps us connected to the people who actually do the farming. It’s an honest way to run a producer company. We just do our bit every day and stay close to our roots here in Raver.
