Nirmal Dairy Farms Private Limited

Nirmal Dairy Farms is a small operation we run out of Samarth Nagar. You can find us at Flat No-3 in the Shiv Shakti Apartment. It's a quiet residential area, which makes it a decent place to work from most days. We handle all the dairy farm business from this apartment. It isn't a big glass building or anything, just a regular home that we’ve turned into our office space over time. We mostly deal with the logistics and making sure the dairy products get to where they're supposed to go. Dealing with milk and farming in an urban setting like this means we spend a lot of time on the phone with the actual farms. We track the deliveries and make sure the quality is okay before anything moves further. It's a lot of keeping track of schedules and dealing with transport issues that pop up unexpectedly. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we're doing with all the paperwork, but we just keep to ourselves and get the work done. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending a fortune on fancy office space. We’ve been here for a while and the routine suits us just fine. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a steady supply of dairy while keeping our overhead low. The apartment is small, but it's enough for us to manage the daily milk records and talk to customers.
