Niphad Agro Private Limited is situated on Jalgaon Substation Road, right near the Mhasoba Temple in Niphad. This area is known for its agriculture, and we are right in the thick of it. We are a small private company, but we don't act like those big ones in the cities. Our office is near the temple because that’s where the activity is. We mostly deal with the practical side of farming and agrotech. A lot of our day is spent talking to people who come by with questions about their crops or looking for supplies. We started this because we saw a gap in how things were being handled locally. It’s a straightforward business. We try to provide the things that farmers actually need instead of just what is easy to sell. The 422303 area is our home, and we’ve been around these roads for a long time. There is no corporate ladder here. It’s just a few of us making sure the gates are open and the work gets done. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the phones don't work, but we manage to keep things moving.
