We are located at H No 670 in Palasb, which is right off Nashik Road in the 42210 area. Nashikpearl Farmers Producer Company Limited is a small operation run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and it’s where all the decisions happen. It isn't a big factory or a shiny office building. It’s just a house where we keep the records and meet up to talk about the crops. Being so close to Nashik Road is handy for moving things around, but it can get a bit loud with the traffic sometimes. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment for the office side of things. Most of our tools are for the fields. We started this because we wanted to have more control over how our stuff gets sold. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be worrying about the frost, and the next we’re trying to fix a tractor that gave up. We don’t use big words or have complicated goals.
