Nashikagricos Producer Company Limited

Our setup for Nashikagricos Producer Company Limited is at Flat No 07 in the Sai Siddhi Apartment, which is over in the S T Colony area of Amrutdham. It might seem a bit strange to have a farm company in an apartment building in Nashik, but it’s where we handle all the boring stuff like papers and phone calls. The real work happens outside the city where the fields are. We are just a bunch of guys who grew up around Nashik and know the land well. We don't have a lot of money to spend on fancy things, so we just keep it simple. We mostly talk about onions or grapes because that’s what this region is known for. The apartment gets pretty crowded when everyone comes in for a meeting. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just want to make sure that the farmers we work with get a fair deal. It’s a lot of back and forth, driving out to the plots and then coming back to the city to sort things out. Some days it feels like we are just running around in circles, but we get the job done. It’s a bit disorganized sometimes, but we are all learning as we go. That is just how we operate. It's a busy life and we just keep pushing forward day after day.
