Maliwadgaon Farmer Producer Companylimited is located at C/O Santosh Ambadas Jadhav’s place. It is House Number 213 in the village of Malivadgaon in Gangapur. Using a house as an office makes things feel very personal. You often hear the sounds of the village like goats or children playing while we are trying to work on the books. Santosh lets us use the space so we can manage the producer company properly. It is a very rural setting and we wouldn't want it any other way. We don't have high-speed internet or fancy office furniture. We sit on whatever is available and get to work. Most of our meetings happen under the shade of a tree or just standing around in the yard. It is a lot of manual work and keeping track of what every member is doing. The Tq. Gangapur area is where our roots are. We aren't trying to be a big corporation with branches everywhere. We just want to do right by the people in Malivadgaon. Sometimes we have to walk quite a bit to meet someone because the roads aren't great. It is just part of the job. We share tea and talk about the rain or the harvest. It is a simple way of living and working that suits us just fine.
