Mahilashakti is based in Vasol, which is in the Deola area of Nashik. We are a group of farmers who live and work in this community. Our address is at number 10 in Vasol. This part of Nashik is good for farming, but it still takes a lot of hard work. We are mostly local people who wanted to pool our efforts. We don’t have a big corporate structure. We deal with vegetables and whatever else the season brings. Sometimes we have to travel to the market in Deola to see what’s happening with the prices. It’s a humble operation. We keep our records in a simple way at the Vasol location. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to keep our farms healthy and our families fed.
