Outside, the city is busy, but we are always thinking about the land on the outskirts. We handle the paperwork, the certifications, and the phone calls that keep the business running. It started with just a few of us realizing that we were stronger as a group. Now, we use this space in Moonstone to coordinate everything. It isn’t always smooth sailing. There are always issues with transport or timing. But we stay at it because it’s our livelihood. We are just regular people trying to make the system work better for the farmers who are out there in the heat every day. Most of us didn't know much about running a company at first, but we are figuring it out as we go along. It's just a matter of keeping things organized.
