Mahagirna Agrofed Farmers Producer is over in Wasul, which is in the Deola area of Nashik district. Our main spot is at number 663 in Vasol. We are a collection of farmers who decided it was better to work together than to struggle alone. Nashik is known for its agriculture, but that doesn't mean it’s easy. We deal with the same problems every year, like fluctuating prices and unpredictable weather. By forming this company, we can pool our resources and hopefully make things a bit more stable for everyone involved. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just handle the business ourselves. Usually, that means being out in the fields for most of the day and then coming back to the office to finish up the logs. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is our life. We know the people in Deola and they know us. We don't need to make big claims about being the best because our work speaks for itself. If the crops are good and the members are happy, then we’ve done our job. Sometimes we make mistakes, maybe a delivery is late or a form isn't filled out perfectly, but we always make it right. We are just local folks trying to build something that lasts for our families and our village. It takes a lot of effort, but we enjoy it.
