Mack Pharmatech Pvt. Ltd. operates from B-48 in the Malegaon MIDC area of Sinnar, out in Nashik. We’ve got a good-sized facility here where we work on pharmaceutical technology. The MIDC is a big industrial zone, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our building isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, but inside we’ve got everything we need to do our jobs. It’s a lot of metal, machines, and technical talk throughout the day. We’re usually pretty busy on the floor making sure everything is built correctly. The weather in Nashik can get quite hot, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the work. We aren't the type of people to sit in boardrooms all day. Most of us are more comfortable with tools in our hands or checking on the production lines. It’s a very practical environment. We have a team of local workers who know the equipment inside and out. Sometimes the days are long and the work is hard, but that’s what it takes to run a place like this. We don’t spend much on marketing or glossy brochures; we just focus on making sure the machines we build actually work. If you’re driving through the Malegaon industrial area, you’ll find us at the B-48 plot. We’re usually there from early morning until the work is done.
