Krushivalfarma Agriculture Private Limited

Krushivalfarma is based out of Ambegaon, right at G. No. 88. We use Shripat Kale’s place for our main office. It’s out in Pachore Bk, which is part of Yeola. If you know the area, it is mostly fields and quiet roads. We spend our mornings out there and then come into the office to handle the business side of things. It is a small group of us running it. We wanted to make sure we had a legal way to work together as a group rather than just as individual farmers. It is a lot of work, keeping the books straight and making sure everyone is on the same page. The office is pretty basic, nothing special to look at. We have some old folders and a few desks. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. Shripat is usually around if you need to ask something. People stop by on their tractors or bikes just to see what is happening. We talk about the rain a lot because that is what matters most in Yeola. It is not a glamorous life, but it is what we know. We are just trying to make a living and keep the land producing. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us, working out of a shed and a small room, trying to get the crops to the right places. It is hard work but we are used to it by now and we just keep going.
