Krushinandan Farm Private Limited

Dipak Sanjay Jaware is the one running the show here in Niphad. We spend most of our time out in the fields or sitting around the farm office. It is not a big corporate setup or anything like that. Just some people trying to make a go of Krushinandan Farm. The soil around here is actually pretty decent if you treat it right. Sometimes the weather does not play along, and we end up staying late to cover the crops. We have got our routine down now, though. Niphad is a quiet place most of the time, except when the harvest starts and everything gets a bit frantic. You will find us at the address mentioned on Ungaon Road, usually busy with something or other. My cousin helps out with the paperwork, but mostly we are outdoors. It is a lot of manual labor, and at the end of the day, we are all pretty exhausted. We do not have fancy brochures to show off. Most of what we do involves getting our hands dirty and making sure the plants are growing okay. Sometimes the transport trucks are late, and we just have to sit and wait on the road. It is a simple life, really. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. If you come by, you will probably see Dipak checking the lines or talking to the laborers. It is just how we run things here at the farm. Ungaon Road is home for us.
