Krushidhruv Farmers Producer Company Limited is situated on Kurnoli Road, specifically at Sr No 41 in Kurnoli. This is in the Nashik area, and we have been here for a while. Our work revolves around the local farming community. Nashik is a big place for agriculture, and Kurnoli is right in the middle of a lot of that activity. We aren't some big-city office with a lot of staff. Most of us are either farmers ourselves or have family who are. We spend our time trying to organize the produce and making sure the supplies like seeds and tools are available when they are needed. It’s a lot of physical work and a fair bit of paperwork too, which none of us really likes but it has to be done. We don't have a polished way of talking or doing business. We just speak plainly and try to get the job finished. The road outside can get quite busy with tractors and trucks during the peak times. Our building is simple and serves its purpose. We started this company to help everyone in the village get a better handle on their business. It’s not always smooth sailing, and we make mistakes sometimes, but we are all learning as we go. We just want to keep the farms running and make sure people can stay on their land. It gets pretty hectic during the harvest months, and we often find ourselves working late into the night just to keep everything moving. It's just what we do here in Kurnoli.
