We are based at F-93 in the MIDC area of Satpur. If you know anything about industrial estates, you know what it looks like around here. It is all concrete, big trucks, and the constant hum of machines running in the background. That is exactly what our day looks like every day. We make formed products, so there is a lot of heat, some noise, and heavy machinery involved. It is a tough place to work, and we do not try to pretend it is anything else. The floors stay stained and there is usually some dust in the air regardless of how much we clean. We have been running this plant for a long time. Most of the people working here are from the local area and they know how to handle the equipment properly. We do not have a lobby or a place for visitors to sit. Most people who come through the gate are either dropping off raw materials or picking up finished orders. We spend our time checking measurements and making sure the machines are not about to break down. If something does go wrong, we usually grab a wrench and fix it ourselves. There is not much sitting around. We are not some giant corporation with hundreds of rules. We just have a specific way of doing things that has worked for us for years. It is about getting the orders done right and on time. It is honest, hard work.
