Our office is located at House Number 29 in Sarvar, which is in the Satana taluka of Nashik district. It’s a rural spot, right where the action is for the farmers we work with. The building is simple, just a brick structure that keeps the sun off our heads while we do our books. Being an agro producer company in Satana means we are constantly dealing with the ups and downs of the local agriculture scene. We aren't some polished outfit from the city. We’re local people who understand what it’s like to wait for the rain. Our daily routine involves talking to the members, checking on crop quality, and trying to figure out where we can sell for the best price. There isn't any marketing department here; it’s just us and our ledgers. The street outside can be quiet or loud depending on the season. We have a few old chairs for visitors and a table that’s seen better days. It’s not about the decor, though. It’s about getting the work done for the farmers in Sarvar. We take things as they come and try to solve problems as they pop up. It’s a lot of responsibility, and we don't always get everything perfect, but we try our best. This place is part of the community, and we plan to keep it that way for a long time.
