The office for Ir is out here in Manmad, Maharashtra, specifically at the O O Sse Tele Cr location. If you are familiar with the 423104 area, you probably know the railway surroundings. Manmad is a place where you always hear the trains in the background, and our office is no different. It’s a functional space, nothing more and nothing less. We have some old wooden desks that have been around for years and chairs that probably need replacing soon. The heat in this part of Maharashtra can be quite something during the summer months, so we keep the fans going at full speed all day. It’s not a place for fancy meetings or suits. Most of the time, we are just dressed in casual clothes, dealing with the daily logs and tasks that come our way. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people know they’ve found the right door. Sometimes we have to deal with a bit of dust because of the nearby tracks, but we just wipe the desks down and keep going. We know the local chai wallah by his first name, and he usually brings over a few cups in the afternoon. It’s a simple life here in Manmad, and we don’t try to make it seem like anything else. We just do the work and then head home when the shift is over.
