Indraraj Farmers Producer Company Limited is situated at G.N-66 in the village of Mangrul, which is in the Chandwad area of Nashik. We are just a bunch of local farmers who decided to pool our resources together. Nashik is known for its farming, but it still takes a lot of effort to make a decent living. We spend our days checking the soil and making sure the crops are growing like they should. Our office is a simple place in the village where we handle the administrative side of things, which isn't our favorite part but it is necessary. We don't have any polished sales pitches or big corporate goals. We just want to get a fair price for what we produce after all the hours we put in. Sometimes the crops don't do well because of the weather, and those are the hard times we have to get through together. We talk to each other about which fertilizers are working and where we can get the best seeds. It is a very grounded way of doing things. We are just ordinary people who know the land and want to keep farming it. There is nothing fancy about it, just practical work and a lot of sweat. We are just trying to build something that lasts for our kids and the village. Every day brings a different chore, whether it is fixing a fence or hauling sacks, but we just keep at it.
