Hybite Foods Llp

Hybite Foods Llp is run by a few of us here at BK No 11 in the Nishant Co-operative Society. Shikrewadi is a decent place to work out of, even if the traffic gets a bit much during the morning hours. We do not have a big reception area or a lobby with fancy chairs. It is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of talk about food and ingredients. We started this because we knew the area and wanted to stay local. Every day is a bit different for us. One morning we might be dealing with a delivery that is running late, and by the afternoon we are sitting around a table trying to fix a small machine. It is a lot of manual work and we get our hands dirty. We aren't using big fancy words to describe what we do here. We just make food products and hope people like them enough to keep buying. The society where we are located is pretty quiet usually, which helps us focus on the tasks. We have a small kitchen area where we test things out. It smells like spices most of the time in the office. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, but we do not mind the extra hours. It is just part of owning a small business. We do our own cleaning and heavy lifting too. Just us, making sure the floors are wiped. (246 words)
