We are located at Hanuman Kundlik Dhande’s house in Ambad. It’s pretty easy to find if you know the neighborhood. Hs Dhande Farmer Producer was formed because a bunch of us realized we could do more together than on our own. Ambad is a busy place, and there’s always something happening in the fields. We use part of Hanuman’s house for all the business stuff, which means there are always people coming and going. It’s not a quiet place, that’s for sure. You’ll hear kids playing in the background while we try to figure out the accounts or talk to a supplier. We don't have a fancy logo or a big sign outside. Most people around here just know us by name anyway. We focus on what’s growing right now and how to get it to the buyers without losing money. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of checking the crops. Sometimes the internet is slow and we can’t send our reports, but we don't let it get to us. We just wait or try again later. It’s an honest way to make a living, and it feels right to be working with people you’ve known your whole life. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the crops get sold.
