Our office is located at Gat No.504, right near the N N Mundhada Agriculture Producer Market on Mehkar Road. Being in Malegaon, Washim, we are right in the middle of all the action. Growgreen Agronomics Producer Company Limited is basically just us trying to keep the farming business moving along. It gets really loud and crowded near the market sometimes, but it’s helpful for keeping an eye on what’s happening with the prices and the crops. We spend our mornings checking in on the local farmers. There is usually a lot of dust and noise, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't fancy people. Most of us grew up around here and know the land pretty well. The paperwork can be a headache sometimes, especially when the government rules change, but we manage. We just sit in the office, drink some tea, and figure out the logistics for the week. It’s not always easy, but it is honest work. We have a lot of stuff stored at Gat No.504 and it’s always a bit of a mess during the peak season. People come and go all day. We try to keep everything organized, though it doesn't always stay that way for long. That's just how the agricultural life is in Maharashtra. We just do what needs doing every day and try to prepare for whatever the next season brings our way.
