Gj Sons Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Hatnoor at G No.5. We use the C/O Santosh Gulabrao Jadhav address because that’s where the main activity is. It's a family thing mostly, which is why the name is what it is. We spend a lot of time out in the sun looking at how the plants are coming along. It’s hard work and the dust gets everywhere but that’s just how it goes in this part of the country. We aren't into those big speeches or shiny brochures you see from city companies. We just know about the earth and what it takes to grow things properly. When the seasons change, we are usually the busiest ones around, trying to make sure everything is sorted for the local farmers. The office is just a room where we keep the records and have some chairs for visitors. Santosh is usually around if anyone has a question about the plot or the production. We’ve been at G No.5 for a while now and the neighbors know us well. It’s a practical life we lead here. We don't make things complicated. If the rain is good, we are happy. If not, we just work a bit harder. There’s always someone coming by to ask about the latest harvest or just to say hello while they’re passing through. We have a lot of respect for the land and the people who work it alongside us every day.
