Fravashi International Academy

You’ll find us out on Dugaon Road, which is just off Gangapur Road in Nashik. It’s a nice enough area, and the air feels a bit fresher being away from the very center of the city. The academy has a fair amount of space, and we try to keep the grass green, even when the water is scarce in the summer. The buildings are modern enough, but they still need constant painting and fixing like any other place. Students come here from all over Nashik, so the mornings are a bit of a mess with all the cars and buses dropping kids off. We have different areas for different activities, but mostly it’s just classrooms and offices. The staff spend a lot of time talking about schedules and how to fit everything into the day. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we manage to get everyone where they need to be. There’s a lot of noise during the breaks, with kids running around and shouting, which is normal for a school. We have some decent equipment in the labs and the sports area, but it all gets used heavily, so it looks a bit worn down after a while. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches; we just open the doors in the morning and do our jobs until it’s time to go home. It’s a practical environment for everyone who spends their time here in Nashik.
