First Call Hr Consultancy

First Call Hr Consultancy is located at Bungalow No 77 in Indraprasta Colony. It’s a quiet spot in Nashik near Saptashrung. We started this because we knew a lot of people looking for work and companies needed help finding them. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and chairs inside Anita Asonawane's place. Most days it’s just us sitting here going through resumes and answering the phone. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons but the colony is nice and peaceful. We try to keep things simple. If someone walks in looking for a job, we talk to them. There’s always paper stacked up on the side tables. People sometimes get lost finding the bungalow because the numbers in Indraprasta can be tricky. We’ve been at 422006 for a while now. It’s not a big corporate building with a glass front, just a regular home where we do our business. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks during calls. We don't mind. It's just how it is working from a residential area. We handle HR stuff, mostly talking to candidates and trying to figure out who fits where. It’s honest work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a few of us trying to make sure the right people get the right calls. That’s why we picked the name. It’s basic but it works for what we do here in Nashik.
