Out in Limbit Jal is where our group stays, which is in the Ambad area. It's a rural spot and our focus is on the local farmers around here. A big fancy building with a glass front isn't where we work. We just operate out of the village. Most of us are farmers ourselves, so the daily struggle with the rain and the markets is something we understand. This company was set up so we could have a bit more say in how our crops are handled. Meetings often happen under the shade or at someone's house to figure things out. A website or a social media manager doesn't exist for us. If someone needs us, they usually just walk over or call. Whatever is in season is what we deal with. Sometimes it’s cotton, sometimes it’s grain. It depends on what the year brings. Keeping the farming community here stable is what we try to do. Getting rich isn't the goal; it’s about making sure everyone gets a fair shake. We've lived in Ambad all our lives. This company is just a way for us to stick together. There’s no big mystery to it. We show up, do the work, and go home to our own fields. That’s how life is here and we wouldn't know any other way. It is just life in the village.
