Farmlity Product Private Limited

We are located in Deolaligaon, at Haripooja Apartment on Lam Road. It is Flat Number 1. It’s a bit different running a company from an apartment, but it works for us right now. Farmlity Product Private Limited is basically just us trying to bridge the gap between the farms and the people who need the stuff we grow. Vihitgaon is nearby and we spend a lot of time traveling between the office and the local fields. The traffic on Lam Road can be a bit much sometimes but you get used to it. We aren't some big corporation with fancy suits. Most of the time we are in our regular clothes, dealing with phone calls and checking on deliveries. There is always someone coming or going with a crate of something or a stack of papers. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy when things are busy. It’s a practical way to work. We started this because we saw how much produce was going to waste or getting sold for almost nothing. So we put our heads together and started this company. It's been a steep learning curve for all of us. We spend our evenings looking over the books and planning for the next month. It’s hard work and the margins are thin, but it feels good to be doing something for ourselves in our own neighborhood. Most of the neighbors are pretty understanding about the noise and the trucks coming through the area.
