Durga Mata Supari Center

We run the Durga Mata Supari Center at Shop No.1 on Bela Dsouza Road. This is in the Jail Road area of Nashik, right near the Shivaji Putala. Being near the statue means everyone knows where we are. We specialize in different kinds of supari and related items, which is a bit different from a regular grocery store. It’s a small space, but we keep it packed with what people want. Jail Road is a busy stretch, and we get a lot of foot traffic. Some people stop by after visiting the putala, and others are just locals on their daily commute. We aren't trying to be a big mall. We like being a small shop where we can actually talk to our customers. We’ve been here for years, and the walls could probably tell a lot of stories. The smell of the supari is always in the air here. It’s a scent we’ve grown very used to. We keep the shop open late because that is when many people like to come by. It’s just a simple business on a well-known road. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the glass jars to counting the change. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the Nashik community. If you’re ever near Shivaji Putala, you’ll likely see our small sign. We spend our days here just keeping the stock fresh and the shop clean.
