Diips Pharmaceuticals Private Limited operates out of Plot Number 25, which is a Shiv Shrusti Row House in Shri Ram Nagar, Adgaon. Working from a row house gives our business a very different feel than an industrial estate or a city office. It’s a residential area, so it’s relatively quiet, and we have neighbors living right next door. We’ve converted parts of the space to store our pharmaceutical supplies and set up a small office area. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when we have new stock coming in. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and the afternoons are usually for the paperwork and making calls. Being in Adgaon, we are slightly away from the main city buzz, which is nice. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything flashy. Usually, there's a bike or two parked out front and maybe some boxes waiting to be picked up. The atmosphere is very informal. We wear casual clothes and talk about everyday things while we work. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone’s name and we take turns making tea for each other. We just focus on the daily grind of managing the pharma business and keeping our records straight. It’s practical, down-to-earth, and exactly the way we like to run things here in Shri Ram Nagar without any unnecessary fuss or complicated systems.
