Dhairyashil Farmer Producer Company Limited

We started Dhairyashil Farmer Producer Company Limited recently here in Kashinath Nagar. Most of the paperwork and meetings happen over at Ameet Jiwan Kalal’s place, which is Cts 296/A/20. It is a quiet spot, just a regular house really, but it works for what we need. It's mostly just a few of us locals trying to figure out how to get our crops moved and sold without too much trouble. Farming is hard work and doing it alone is even harder, so we got this company set up. There is always a lot to do, like checking the seeds or talking about the weather. We aren't a big office or anything like that. Just some people from around the 425413 area code. Sometimes the roads are dusty and the sun is hot, but that’s just life here. We don't have fancy desks. Mostly we just sit around and talk about the next harvest. It took some time to get the registration done at the Kashinath Nagar address, but it’s settled now. We handle things as they come up. If there’s a problem with the transport, we talk it out. If the market prices are down, we try to see what else we can do. It is just about helping each other get by. We don't have a big team of experts, just farmers who have been doing this for a long time. It feels right to have our own name on the papers now.
