Devmamledar Farmers Producer Companylimited is located at Plot No. 3, Raka Niwas. It’s right in front of the Post Office at Ram Mandir Chowk in Taharabad. This is in the Satana taluka of Nashik. We’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't anything special, just a room where we keep our files and meet the farmers. Being near the Ram Mandir Chowk means people can find us easily when they come into town. Nashik 423302 is a big agricultural hub, so there is always something going on. We deal with all sorts of things like seeds and equipment. Sometimes the rains are good and everyone is happy, other times it’s a struggle. We don’t use any corporate jargon here. We just talk about the price of onions or grapes or whatever is in season. The guys who run this are the same guys you see at the market every morning. We wanted to have a place where we could come together and make things easier for everyone in Taharabad. It gets busy during the harvest season and the phone doesn't stop ringing. We handle the load as best as we can. Raka Niwas is where the decisions happen, usually over a cup of tea. It’s a practical setup for practical people. We aren't looking for awards. We just want to make sure the work gets done and everyone gets paid what they deserve for their hard labor.
