Our shop is located right by Gaurav Accident Hospital over on Gangapur Road. Being in Pandit Colony is convenient because it’s a central part of the area. We set up Dawabox because we saw how much people needed a place to get their prescriptions filled without a lot of hassle. Since we are so close to the hospital, we see a lot of people coming in at all hours. It’s a busy environment. We don’t have time for fancy decorations or marketing gimmicks. Our shelves are filled with what people actually need. We spend most of our time double-checking labels and helping customers figure out their dosages. The staff here is just a few of us who know the neighborhood well. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several people come in at once after a doctor’s shift ends. We try to keep the line moving. Gangapur Road is always humming with traffic, so there’s never a dull moment. We keep the floor swept and the lights on. It’s a simple pharmacy setup. We don't try to sell you things you don't need. If we don't have something, we try to tell you where you can find it. That’s just how things go around here. We’ve become a bit of a staple for the families living in the colony. It's hard work, but it’s good to be useful. We don't have a big corporate office somewhere else. This is all there is to it.
