Daithana Kh Agro Producer Company Limited

Our base is at house number 31 in Daithana Kh, which is part of the Ambad taluka. It’s a small, quiet village, and our company is run right from the heart of it. We are a group of farmers who decided that working alone wasn't really getting us anywhere. So, we started this producer company to pool our resources. Most of the time, we are out in the fields, but we meet up at the house to talk about our plans for the grain and other crops. There’s no big sign or fancy lobby. It’s just a room with some chairs and a lot of talk about the weather and the market prices. We do all the work ourselves, from the heavy lifting to the boring bookkeeping. It’s not a perfect system, and sometimes we make mistakes with the scheduling, but we learn as we go. Ambad is a place where people know the value of hard work, and we try to reflect that in how we run things. We don't have any grand speeches about our vision. We just want to make sure that when we grow something, we can sell it for a price that covers our costs and lets us farm another season. People drop by whenever they want, and there's always someone around to discuss the latest problems with the crops or the water supply.
