You can find us in Chandwad, right behind the ST stand. We are set up near the Gurukul Housing Society, which is a pretty easy spot for most of the local farmers to find when they come into town. Chandreshwar Farmers Producer Companylimited is basically just us trying to work together instead of everyone doing their own thing. It's a busy area with the buses coming and going, so there is always some noise around. We spend our days dealing with the usual farming stuff that happens here in Chandwad. Whether it is looking at the quality of the grain or trying to figure out the best time to take things to market, we are always busy. It isn't always smooth sailing. Sometimes we have issues with storage or the prices aren't what we hoped for. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just a place where we sit down and talk about the work. Being near the bus stand helps because it’s a central point for everyone. We know the land around here well because we have lived here our whole lives. This company is just a way for us to have a bit more say in what happens to our crops after they leave the field. It’s about the soil and the hard work we put in every season.
