We are Bstarfarmers Producer Company Limited, and you can find us over on Subhash Road-2 in Satana. We are part of the Baglan taluka, which is a busy place during harvest time. Our group started because a few of us producers wanted to have a collective way to handle our business without too much trouble. It isn't always easy keeping everyone on the same page, but we manage. The office isn't anything special, just a place to store some records and meet up when we need to discuss the upcoming season. We deal with the local crops and try to help each other out with getting things to market. Satana is a good place for this kind of work because everyone knows everyone else. We don’t spend money on advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here on Subhash Road. The 423203 area is where we live and work, so we care about what happens to the land here. Sometimes the rains are late and things get stressful, but that is farming for you. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a straightforward operation. We have a few guys helping with the logistics and the rest of us are out in the fields or checking the sheds. It works for us and keeps the community going. We don't need fancy titles to do our jobs properly every day.
