Our company, Barahate Hightech Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited, is located at G No. 387 in Adgaon Repal. The zip code here is 423401. Even though the name says hightech, we are still very much tied to the land. We wanted to bring some newer ideas to our farming, which is why we started this. But at the end of the day, it's still about the dirt and the weather. The office is right where the work happens. We don't have a separate building in the city. We prefer being close to the fields. It’s a practical setup. We have a lot of meetings there to talk about new seeds or how to use less water. It’s not always easy to get everyone to agree, but that’s part of the process. We are just a group of local farmers who decided to pool our resources. The building is simple, mainly used for storing records and occasionally some equipment. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people know us because we live here. We just want to improve things for our families and the other folks in Adgaon Repal. It’s a lot of trial and error. Some things work and some don't. We just keep trying and working together to make the farm side of things run smoother for everyone involved in the group. We are just regular people trying to make a living.
