So, we are over here at Flat Number 35 in the Siddhi Vinyak Apartment. It is in the Adgaon Shival area of Nashik. Doing import and export work from an apartment might sound a bit different to some people, but it works fine for us. We spend most of our time dealing with customs papers and tracking containers that are currently halfway across the ocean. It is a lot of computer work and phone calls at odd hours because of the different time zones. Nashik is a good place to be based, even if the traffic near the apartment gets a bit loud in the afternoons. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the goods from one place to another without any major headaches. Sometimes things get stuck at the port and we have to spend hours sorting it out. That is just the way the exim work goes for a small business. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms and plenty of files stacked up on the shelves. It is a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. We do not have a fancy showroom. If you came by, you would just see us working on laptops and drinking coffee. It is just a small team of us trying to keep the trade moving along.
