Even though the name sounds a bit long and complicated, we are just local folks. We do try to look at new ways of doing things, like exports and better tech, because the old ways don't always pay the bills anymore. Nashik is great for certain crops, and we want to get those to people who really want them, even if they are far away. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what we grow. It’s a lot of work to meet all the standards. Our office in Nimon is where we plan everything out. We have some young guys who are good with computers helping us, and the older farmers who know the land. It’s a good mix. We don’t always agree on everything, and the meetings can get a bit loud, but we all want the same thing. To make sure the farm pays off. We are trying to innovate because we have to. The climate is changing and the markets are different now. We aren't a huge multinational, just a group from Chandwad trying to think ahead.
