Agroconnect Farmer Producer Company Limited is over in Vadner, which is in the Chandwad area of Nashik. We are at G.No.2179. Being in the Nashik region means we are surrounded by a lot of different crops, especially onions and grapes. Our job is mostly about connecting the people who grow the food with the people who want to buy it. It sounds simple but it takes a lot of work. We spend our days on the phone or driving around to different farms. The office in Vadner is where we keep the records and meet up. It’s a busy spot during the peak seasons. We have a small team of people who actually understand farming. We aren't here to give fancy speeches. We are here to make sure the trucks show up on time and the farmers get paid. Sometimes the prices in the market go crazy and we have to deal with that. It can be stressful when things don't go according to plan, but that’s just life in agriculture. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a straightforward business run by people who live right here.
